Vegetable Sevai
Ingradients:
- SevaiMagik Sevai - 900 grams
- Carrot, Beans and Green Peas - 300 grams
- Ghee - 4 tsp
- Cumin seeds (Jeera) - 2 tsp
- Onion - 2 (cut into pieces)
- Green Chillies - 6 (cut along length)
- Mint Leaves, Curry Leaves, Coraiander Leaves - as required
- Salt to taste
Directions:
Cut carrot and Beans into long slender pieces. Heat ghee, put Cumin Seeds, Onion, Chillies, Salt and fry. Add vegetables and fry till done. Add Sevaimagik Sevai and mix well. Add Mint, Coriander and Curry leaves and serve.
