You are correct; I am not of Indian origin. The reason I want a Seviamagik is to make healthful rice noodles. The recipes you show on your web site look delicious. There are many people here in the USA who are looking for a healthful way to make fresh products. It is my opinion that home cooks would love to use your machine, and also, some “fast food” places that serve all sorts of Asian noodles could make good use of the Sevaimagik for serving varieties of fresh made noodle dishes to their customers. This is only my opinion, but I believe it to be a correct one.

If you intend sometime to sell the Sevaimagik in the USA, I would suggest that you make available a line of mixes for the batter, as a lot of American customers who are not of Indian origin may not know how to make the batter. If not a packaged mix, perhaps some sort of instruction on making the batter or suggestion as to where to find batter mixes or ingredients if they are available at some Indian stores.
